You might say that I am a UX consultant, or a User Experience specialist or even an Interaction Designer, but to tell you the truth – I don’t think any of those titles really tell the whole story – So what do I actually do?
I am that person who creates user interfaces that allow users to get their tasks done in the easiest, most comfortable and enjoyable way possible.
With that in mind, I must consider things like marketing goals, budget and time line constraints in order to provide the best solution possible for each arising situation. This requires some creative as well as analytic thinking skills, quick learning and good research skills, flexibility, teamwork, initiative, good communication skills and most important – a passion for creating the best UI possible.
I’m a UX consultant at UI Human Factors, working with various platforms such as web, desktop and mobile. I’m leading the UX design process and working in collaboration with product managers, graphical designers and software development teams, practicing participatory design. I Conduct user research, usability testing and writing specification documents. I’m also Organizing training programs for all-employee and UX training sessions.
