Hi, I’m Haim Deutsch, the founder of Agile Spirit, and a Technion graduate in computer science, specialization in project management.
I’ve worked in senior positions as a director and software development manager, and during my working experience I developed unique models and methods to implement Agile methodology in the Israeli industry. The combined ordination as Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Scrum Coach allows me to accompany many successful Agile implementations at all management levels and across all the organization units: development, QA, product management, project management, architecture, algorithms etc.
My experience as a Coach Master and Executive Coach Master gives me a broader perspective that combines development process improvement methodology on one hand, and dealing with complex organizational processes such as conflicts, resistance, improved processes, communication between departments, building dynamic processes of cooperation and global optimization within the organization on the other.
Since 2006 I’ve guided, accompanied and implemented successfully the Agile methodology in many organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to international organizations, public and institutional organizations including the IDF, defense and government agencies and other companies such as Ness, NICE, Intel , WebSense and many more …
I’ve trained hundreds of people to wisely use the SCRUM methodology. I’m also a popular speaker at PMI and ILTAM, publishing articles at the Scrum Alliance, and a member of book reviewers (by Mike Cohn, Craig Lahrman, Jurgen Appello), an audit team member of certification tests to Scrum Masters, and audit team member for candidates to Certified Scrum Coach.
