An enthusiastic software engineer for over 15 years. I’ve worked in different roles (developer, manager, architect, instructor), on various tech stacks and with colleagues all over the world.
I’ve designed, created and scaled cloud services supporting thousands of concurrent sessions. Led engineering culture shifts, seeded best practices and have scaled development. In the last years, while working as a Software Architect at Autodesk, I’ve been busy with re-architecting the AutoCAD backend services, shifting the development from Java to Python, and from monolith to microservices.
I was an AWS early adopter back in 2009, and these days I’m a serverless architectures pioneer, helping to build scalable and cost effective cloud services.
Besides being a cloud geek, I’m also into rock climbing and hiking : )
